THE BRIEF
Asset & Property Finance are specialists in arranging investments in the private rented sector. We were briefed to produce an animation explaining the growth in the property sector and Asset & Property Finance’s £150,000 crowd-funding proposition with The UK Angel Investment Network to strengthen their position within the market.
OUR APPROACH
We suggested a voiceover-led creative treatment that combines 2D infographics and kinetic typography with flat animation, utilising a palette of colours that match existing brand guidelines.
Digitom created an animation which provided the impact we hoped for in an informative and entertaining way.
