Production of a film testing Electric Vehicles
THE BRIEF
British Transport Police is responsible for policing Scotland, England and Wales’ railways, providing a service to rail operators, their staff and passengers across the country. We were briefed to produce a film capturing the extensive testing of electric vehicles as part of the force’s mission to tackle climate change and adopt electric vehicles in line with their Net Zero Carbon strategy, two years ahead of the government target.
OUR APPROACH
The creative treatment consisted of filming electric vehicles being test driven across various circuits at the Millbrook Vehicle Proving Ground. We combined trackside and in-vehicle filming with action cameras and aerial drone filming to create an overall film for distribution as well as several cut-downs for social.
ACHIEVEMENTS
This may be my favourite piece of content we’ve created for colleagues this year so far.
