Production of a driver recruitment video
THE BRIEF
Stagecoach is one of the largest bus operators in the country, including throughout Northamptonshire and Warwickshire, with services in Coventry, Leicester, Peterborough, Bedfordshire, Milton Keynes, Worcestershire and Staffordshire. The bus industry relies heavily on a skilled workforce and faces stiff competition to attract and retain bus drivers, so we were briefed to create a film sharing why Stagecoach is such a great place to work, and how rewarding it can be to serve the local community.
OUR APPROACH
Our creative treatment to produce a fly-on-the-wall, self-authored film, features four drivers based in Kettering, Rubgy and Northampton. We spent time following each of them going about their shift and hearing what they enjoy most about driving a bus.
The film is distributed on YouTube and used off-line at careers events, with cut-downs shared across social media.
Digitom understood the brief perfectly. The recruitment video is outstanding, exactly what we were looking for.
