THE BRIEF
Surrey and Sussex Healthcare NHS Trust (SASH) provides a wide range of healthcare services to the communities in Surrey and Sussex. With a strong focus on innovation and improvement, they approached us to create a pilot film for the colorectal department, aimed at exploring the patient journey and enhancing outcomes.
OUR APPROACH
Working closely with the communications team, we suggested a creative treatment featuring Consultants, Doctors and Nurses speaking directly to camera, complemented by scenes from various departments to help familiarise viewers with the hospital.
The film takes viewers through key stages of the patient journey, from Pre-Assessment Clinic, Surgery, Pain management and Post-Operative Recovery, providing valuable insights to support recovery, enhance post-operative outcomes and help patients return home as quickly as possible.
