Production of an e-learning animation
THE BRIEF
Medthority, developed by EPG Health, is an online medical resource which provides credible and independent scientific content, intended for healthcare professionals such as doctors, nurses, and pharmacists, giving them up-to-date, evidence-based clinical information. We were briefed to produce an animation to educate healthcare practitioners on the emotional burdens of a young patient suffering with food allergies.
OUR APPROACH
Working closely with the EPG Health team, we developed a voiceover-led animated video, sharing the story of a young patient and their parent visiting a paediatrician to discuss treatment options and available support resources.
Based upon a script written by EPG Health’s medical writers, we developed a storyboard that combines character animation with kinetic typography and iconography to create this e-learning for healthcare professionals.
This had to be scientifically accurate and resonate with HCP’s to incorporate patient wellbeing in their consultations. Digitom understood the brief from the get-go, employing an array of creative techniques.
