Production of an e-learning animation
THE BRIEF
Medthority, developed by EPG Health, is an online source of credible and independent scientific content intended for healthcare professionals globally. We were briefed to produce an animation telling the story of a patient suffering with hidradenitis suppurativa.
OUR APPROACH
Working closely with the EPG Health team we suggested a voiceover led 2D animated cartoon creative treatment which presents the patient case study as a story. We follow the patient visiting a consultant for an examination and an exploration of current treatments.
Capturing a burdensome and painful disease in an animation whilst making it emotional enough for HCPs to act was going to be challenging.
However, Digitom was able to do this successfully through a mixture of creative techniques – the collaboration was excellent, as always!
