Production of an engineering recruitment video
THE BRIEF
Stagecoach is one of the largest bus operators in the country, serving areas including East Kent and East Sussex, with some routes extending to Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells in West Kent. The bus industry relies heavily on a skilled workforce and faces stiff competition to attract and retain engineers. We were briefed to create a film highlighting why Stagecoach is such a great place to work and showcasing the rewarding experience of keeping the buses running, while serving the local community.
OUR APPROACH
Our creative treatment to produce a fly-on-the-wall, self-authored film, features engineers based at the Herne Bay depot in East Kent. We spent time following each of them to learn about their various roles and find out what it’s like to work at Stagecoach.
The film is distributed on YouTube and used off-line at careers events, with cut-downs shared across social media.
From the very little brief we gave Digitom, their creativity shows throughout in producing this unscripted video.
