Production of onboarding videos
THE BRIEF
Stagecoach operates buses throughout Northamptonshire and Warwickshire with services in Coventry, Leicester, Peterborough, Bedfordshire, Milton Keynes, Worcestershire and Staffordshire. We were briefed to help create a series of internal videos for onboarding new colleagues joining the company.
OUR APPROACH
Filming with the Senior Leadership Team we produced a welcome video for new joiners, accompanied by two further short videos featuring bus drivers and the engineering team finding out what they like about their roles and why they enjoy working for Stagecoach.
The video content for our induction sessions has been very well received and has helped bring our onboarding process to life.
