Production of onboarding videos
THE BRIEF
Stagecoach is one of the largest bus operators in the country, including throughout Northamptonshire and Warwickshire with services in Coventry, Leicester, Peterborough, Bedfordshire, Milton Keynes, Worcestershire and Staffordshire. We were briefed to create a series of videos to form part of a new induction programme, onboarding new recruits to the organisation.
OUR APPROACH
Working closely with the Communications team we suggested a creative treatment featuring the Senior Leadership Team with the Managing Director, Operations, Engineering and Commercial Directors welcoming colleagues, intercut with scenes of them around the business.
This was accompanied with two further self-authored films, featuring bus drivers and the engineering team, finding out why they enjoy working at Stagecoach Midlands and offering advice for new joiners.
The video content for our induction sessions has helped bring our onboarding process to life. Digitom always go above and beyond to meet the brief and exceed our expectations.
