Stagecoach is one of the UK’s largest bus operators, serving regions such as East Kent and East Sussex, with routes extending to Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells in West Kent. We were briefed to produce a video unveiling their five-year strategy, titled People at the Heart, for colleagues and stakeholders.
Working closely with the Communications team, we featured Managing Director Joel Mitchell introducing the strategy, followed by insights from members of the Senior Leadership Team on key topics: Safety, Our People, Our Customers & Stakeholders, Sustainability and Service Delivery.
Using multiple broadcast cameras, we filmed contributors speaking directly to the audience, ensuring a natural and authentic delivery. This was complemented by slow-motion footage of colleagues across the business, filmed with prime lenses to achieve a polished, high-quality production.
The final film is distributed via Stagecoach South East’s internal communications platform, Blink, and shared at stakeholder events across Kent and East Sussex.
Video is such a powerful communication tool, and this film has enabled us to successfully share our vision for the future of public transport in Kent and Sussex.
