Production of an explainer animation
THE BRIEF
The Kent and Medway Progression Federation (KMPF) is a collaboration of educational institutions that focuses on helping people from different backgrounds reach their potential through a range of services and programmes aimed at improving educational outcomes. We were briefed to create an engaging communication to explain their privacy notice to students.
OUR APPROACH
We suggested using a very simple form of animation, combining a black and white cartoon with iconography and kinetic typography in the organisation’s brand colours. Using the classroom’s whiteboard to illustrate and help explain the privacy notice, complemented by a youthful upbeat Voiceover Artist, the video is distributed on YouTube and used off-line at outreach activities.
The process was very smooth, from the initial development of the concept to the final animation. Digitom provided us with a bespoke service.
