Production of a fundraising campaign

THE BRIEF

Nourish Community Foodbank is a local charity that serves its community by delivering emergency food and supplies to people in crisis, providing short-term relief at a difficult time. They rely on donations from individuals, businesses and community groups, and support from volunteers to help run operations. As part of our corporate social responsibility commitment, we selected Nourish as our ‘Charity of the year’ and created a campaign film to raise awareness of their vital work.

OUR APPROACH

Nourish helps people facing a variety of crises, so we were eager to share real-life stories and raise awareness about food poverty. Given the sensitive nature of the topic, we scripted three individual films based on written testimonials from clients.

Our creative approach blended cinematic slow-motion scenes shot around Nourish’s warehouse, showcasing volunteers assembling and delivering food parcels.

Each story is narrated by a friend of Nourish and shared on YouTube, embedded on their website, and distributed across social media platforms. The films are also used at events to increase awareness of the charity and support its fundraising efforts.

We simply couldn’t do what we do without the support of our local community. These films will shine a light on the reality of living in food crisis and we are so grateful for Digitom’s help.
