We were briefed to help share the stories of why it’s an excellent place to work and attract new talent to the organisation.
OUR APPROACH
We suggested a creative treatment featuring a series of self-authored films, highlighting the roles of colleagues from various departments and the crucial role they play in the smooth day-to-day operations of the hospitals.
Filmed on location in both Crowborough and East Grinstead, we followed contributors throughout the day, using broadcast cameras with prime lenses to achieve a cinematic shallow depth of field, giving the stories a polished, visually engaging look.
