Stagecoach is one of the UK’s largest bus operators, serving regions such as East Kent and East Sussex, with routes extending to Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells in West Kent. The bus industry depends on a highly skilled workforce and faces significant competition to attract and retain drivers, engineers, and operational staff. We were tasked with creating a campaign to support a recruitment drive, while also engaging customers and raising awareness of the crucial role public transport plays in serving the community.
We proposed a creative treatment that would bring people’s roles to life through a self-authored series of films. Featuring colleagues from across the business, capturing their personal stories and demonstrating why it’s a great place to work.
Filmed in a fly-on-the-wall documentary style, the videos follow contributors through a typical day, showcasing how everyone goes above and beyond to keep the buses running smoothly.
Content was distributed on YouTube, Facebook and Instagram with paid promotion on a monthly basis the campaign generated more than 1.44 million video views in the first 12 months.
