Graduate profiles

Savills is a global real estate advisory firm delivering property services across commercial, residential and consultancy markets.

The brief

Their graduate recruitment programme plays a central role in developing future talent and sustaining long-term expertise across the business.

The business wanted a graduate recruitment film series that would make its career pathways clearer and more accessible. The content needed to communicate the breadth of roles, teams and opportunities available across its future talent programme.

As part of a people and culture project, we shaped the films around real employee experiences, helping prospective applicants picture life at the organisation and make more confident decisions about their next step.

Our approach

We created people-first communications built around self-authored graduate stories, giving each contributor the chance to share their role, development and career progression in their own words.

The series featured Commercial, Planning and Development, and Building Surveying pathways, filmed in recognisable locations across London and the South East, placing each story in their working environments.

We also captured photography for the careers website and recruitment materials, creating a consistent visual identity across digital, social and supporting Savill’s employer brand story.

What the client said

“We are absolutely thrilled with the fast turnaround, high quality product.

“The films far surpassed our expectations, due to Digitom’s creativity.”

The outcome

The 16-film series was distributed on YouTube and used at graduate recruitment fairs across the UK, the films increased awareness of the programme and encouraged more informed applications.

By centring real voices and lived experience, the content strengthened trust with future graduates and reinforced the organisation’s commitment to long-term career development and people-centred communications.
