Zero tolerance campaign
Stagecoach is one of the largest bus operators in the country, serving areas including East Kent and East Sussex, with some routes extending to Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells in West Kent.
As a key part of the community, they play a crucial role in providing public transport, but frontline staff often face incidents of verbal and physical abuse. We were briefed to produce content for a Zero Tolerance campaign, designed to raise awareness that any form of violence against their colleagues will not be tolerated.
OUR APPROACH
We teamed up with PR and marketing agency Maxim to create an animated approach for three films, each showcasing a colleague’s real-life story, told by actors.

The campaign was distributed on YouTube, with subtitles and multiple aspect ratios for social media. It was also shared with regional press and featured on BBC News and in various local newspapers.
