British Transport Police commissioned a People and Culture recruitment film for Police Officer roles in London to reflect its purpose, values and career opportunities while supporting employer brand, talent attraction and candidate engagement.
We created a people-led film that brings the day-to-day experience of frontline policing in London to life, while supporting People and Culture goals around attraction, awareness and trust.
Featuring officers from London’s B-Division, the film shares first-hand insight into their roles, responsibilities and motivations, helping potential applicants build a stronger understanding of the career path and workplace culture.
Filmed across East London, we worked with a specialist drone response unit and joined patrols on the Elizabeth line and around Liverpool Street Station to create a dynamic asset that captures the pace, variety and sense of purpose in frontline rail policing.
The film presents Police Officer roles in London with clarity, authenticity and purpose. It is supported by short-form social media edits designed to extend employer brand reach and candidate engagement.
All content was delivered in multiple aspect ratios and subtitled in English and Welsh, improving accessibility across platforms and audiences.
