We were asked to create a series of people and culture films that shared authentic, colleague-led stories reflecting Horder Healthcare’s values, workplace culture and the everyday experience of working across its hospitals and centres.
The organisation wanted to showcase its culture in a clear, engaging way that would connect with healthcare professionals and highlight what makes Horder Healthcare a rewarding place to build a career.
We built the project around people-led storytelling, inviting colleagues from across the organisation to share their own experiences and speak about their roles, values and contribution to patient care.
Filming took place at The Horder Centre in Crowborough and The McIndoe Centre in East Grinstead, where we captured colleagues in real working environments and documented meaningful moments from the working day.
Broadcast-grade cameras and prime lenses gave the films a polished, cinematic feel while keeping the focus on each story.
Our crew worked sensitively within busy hospital settings, creating a comfortable filming experience for contributors and supporting a smooth production process alongside day-to-day patient care.
