What we do

Find out how we help organisations communicate with clarity and purpose.

We combine communication strategy with people‑led, factual storytelling, beginning with a clear brief shaped around audience and outcome.

Our team develop creative treatments that use real human stories to show how values are lived, impact is delivered and expectations translate into everyday behaviour. The result is work that is credible, emotionally grounded and aligned with the outcomes our clients need to achieve.

We work with values led agencies and clients seeking authenticity and integrity, across public services, education, financial services, healthcare, property, technology, transport and private sector environments.

What clients say

FAQ

What makes a good brief?

A good brief should explain the purpose of the film, who it is for, what you want the audience to think or do afterwards, and any practical constraints such as contributor availability, locations, and timescales.

Sometimes clients come to us with a clear challenge but are not yet sure how to solve it. In those cases, we help shape the creative approach and guide you through the production process to create content everyone can feel confident in.

Because we work with a trusted team of professional collaborators, we can scale to suit different timelines and project sizes. Our size keeps us agile and responsive, while our in-house equipment and editing capability reduce dependencies.

If you have a fixed deadline, include it in the brief and we will build a realistic production plan around it.

What’s your production process?

Pre-production is the most important stage of any project because it is where the key decisions are made. This includes defining core messages, shaping running orders and content questions, planning contributors, booking crew and equipment, carrying out location recces and risk assessments, and preparing call sheets and filming schedules.

Production often takes place on location in the UK and internationally. We use our own high-quality cameras, lighting, and sound equipment, and when needed we bring in trusted collaborators who add specialist skills and creativity. This allows us to scale crew and kit to the brief without making the process feel heavy.

Post-production is where we shape the story so it communicates with clarity and purpose, then share drafts for feedback. Clients often tell us the early versions are already strong, which we put down to doing the thinking properly up front rather than trying to rescue things in the edit.

Do you make animations?

Yes, animation is a powerful way to explain complex stories, especially when the subject is sensitive, detail-heavy, or limited by practical constraints such as location or time.

Our approach starts with strong editorial thinking. If the treatment needs a scripted narrative or voiceover, our producer shapes a clear, engaging story that holds attention and brings clarity to the subject.

We then develop illustrated storyboards to guide the concept and gather feedback at the right stages. From there, our designers create motion that aligns with existing brand guidelines while staying flexible enough to explore different visual styles.

We keep communication clear and regular throughout, using a mix of in-person and hybrid meetings to make sure everyone stays aligned on what success looks like.

How much does a video cost?

Cost depends on what you are making, how much needs to be captured, whether animation or voiceover is involved, how many versions you need, and how quickly you need the work delivered.

What we can say upfront is that our pricing reflects industry experience, current costs, and the level of craft needed to deliver a professional result. We do not aim to be the cheapest option; we aim to deliver work that is effective and well made.

A useful way to move quickly is to share a working budget range and your non-negotiables, and we will respond with a scope that fits.

Do you offer drone filming?

Yes, we have filmed with drones in locations ranging from the Channel Tunnel portal in Folkestone to the Royal Albert Hall. But production should never be driven by a specific tool or technique. Used well, aerial filming can add valuable context to a story and increase production value.

Where is your content distributed?

We create both filmed and animated content for a range of channels. Most of it is streamed online or used on internal platforms for global audiences.

We regularly deliver short-form social content in multiple aspect ratios with subtitles, as well as longer-form documentaries for broadcast and commercials for online, TV, and cinema distribution.
