Building Cripps TV

Cripps is a UK law firm with a strong internal culture and a growing need to communicate clearly across multiple locations in London and the South East.

The challenge

Like many professional services organisations, their people have valuable stories to share, but their marketing team needed a practical, sustainable way to bring those stories to life in-house and at pace.

Their brief focused on improving internal communications through video, without relying on external production for every message.

How we helped

We delivered our in‑person video content training workshop, designed to build confidence and capability, as well as technical knowledge.

The session covered the role of narrative in effective internal communications, alongside practical guidance on filming, sound and lighting.

Participants then worked in small groups to plan, shoot and edit short films using accessible software, learning through hands-on experience.

What the client said

“Digitom plays two roles, you create content which has an excellent finish, and you help empower us to make the lower end content so it’s good enough to act as a communication tool.”

The outcome

We helped them build a repeatable approach that aligns with their culture and supports long‑term learning and development and internal communications needs.

This process led to the creation of Cripps TV, an internal video communications channel that enables colleagues to capture and share their own stories.

The result is a more human, values‑led way of communicating that reflects the organisation from the inside out.
