Royal Albert Hall

Faithorn Farrell Timms is an established surveying and property consultancy that advises on complex commercial and heritage assets, trusted by owners, developers and investors to manage risk, compliance and long-term building performance.

The brief

We created a property communication film to help Faithorn Farrell Timms showcase its work at the Royal Albert Hall.

The film highlights surveying expertise, heritage building knowledge and the care required to deliver projects inside one of the UK’s best-known listed buildings.

The content was designed for property professionals, clients and stakeholders looking for a clear example of specialist consultancy in action.

Our approach

We developed a documentary-style film focused on people, process and place, showing how building consultancy supports the ongoing performance of a major heritage venue. The story balances technical detail with visual scale to make the expertise easy to understand.

Filming covered key areas across the Royal Albert Hall, from the 800-tonne glass-domed roof and waterproofing inspections inside the Cortana to fire safety improvements, loading bay upgrades and restoration work in lower-level spaces.

Detailed planning and risk assessment also enabled interior drone filming in the auditorium, capturing distinctive views that strengthen the story of specialist property consultancy, heritage asset management and trusted project delivery.
