For many pupils, catching the bus to school is a key step towards independent travel. Stagecoach wanted a clear learning and development film that could support schools, parents and young passengers.
The content needed to show pupils how to plan a journey, choose tickets and board with confidence. It also needed to encourage safe, positive bus travel from an early age.
Working with Stagecoach’s marketing team, we shaped the project as a clear, practical film for young audiences, creating a concise storyboard and voiceover-led treatment. The creative was warm, simple and easy to follow.
The film shows a typical school journey in familiar settings, including a bus stop, a classroom and on board the bus. We used child actors to make the content relatable. Simple animation explains journey planning and ticket options across web and mobile channels.
This approach turned everyday travel guidance into accessible, engaging content. Pupils could see each step clearly and build confidence before making the journey themselves.
