Stagecoach is one of the largest bus operators in the UK, providing services that connects communities across England, Scotland and Wales.
The brief
For International Women’s Day, Stagecoach asked us to create communications content that would celebrate women across the business and support its Women’s Network.
The brief centred on a campaign film featuring real colleagues in operational, leadership and support roles.
The film needed to feel authentic for employees and compelling for external audiences, from customers and communities to media and professional networks.
Our approach
We worked closely with the communications team to shape a clear creative treatment, then built the film around contributors from different parts of Stagecoach and across multiple locations. We focused on people-led storytelling, letting colleagues explain in their own words what they have had to navigate, and what progress looks like when it is lived day to day.
Alongside the main film, we produced a second piece with members of the Executive Team, sharing what it is like to work there and offering practical encouragement for women building a long-term career within the organisation.
What the client said
“Against a tight deadline to film multiple people, from our CEO to front line staff, Digitom were true professionals.”

The outcome
Stagecoach received two campaign films created for visibility, engagement and practical use across channels. The International Women’s Day film was shared on YouTube to reach wider audiences. The Executive Team film was distributed on LinkedIn to extend the message and support professional conversation.
Together, the films supported communication with Stagecoach’s 23,000 employees and provided content for regional media use. The project helped the organisation mark International Women’s Day with clear, people-centred communications that reflected colleagues’ experience.
