The brief
KMPF aims to increase participation in higher education among underrepresented students through outreach, advocacy and research.
They needed a clear, engaging Learning and Development video that would explain their student privacy notice in a way that felt accessible, relevant and easy for young audiences to understand.
The video also needed to support informed participation, connect with students, schools and community partners, and reflect KMPF’s wider advocacy and outreach activity.
Our approach
We shaped the content around simplicity, clarity and learner engagement, focusing on the information students needed most and presenting it in a structured Learning and Development format.
We created an animated explainer using black-and-white illustration, clear icons and kinetic typography, with KMPF’s brand colours used selectively for a consistent visual identity. A classroom whiteboard setting gave the video a familiar educational context and guided viewers through the information in a clear step-by-step sequence.
A youthful, upbeat voiceover kept the tone friendly and conversational, supporting understanding and helping the content feel engaging, accessible and confidence-building.
What the client said
“The process was very smooth, from the initial development of the concept to the final animation.
“Digitom provided us with a bespoke service.”
